15 Year multi rental property owner, Al has personally managed all of his investment properties including doing the majority if not all of the renovations and maintenance. Al was a mechanic in the Army for over 4 years. Al also is an Accounting Manager in the manufacturing environment. He has taken all of his knowledge from construction and mechanics to finance and is using to continue to grow his investment property business to now include assisting people in buying their own homes/properties for inspections to helping those rent out their investment properties.

Al enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, daughter and son.

Tim is a police sergeant and has been on the force for over 18 years. His time in the military was spent as a  Civil Engineer, working in the electrical field and as a high voltage lineman. He  trained to be a home inspector over 16 years ago to benefit a close friend who was investing in homes to repair and resell. Tim is a trained observer with a great deal of experience repairing and renovating properties.

Rental Property Maintenance

Al Sr. has been extremely instrumental in assisting Al in getting to be a successful rental property investor. Al Sr. has his own rental properties which he manages and maintains. He also has been a PECO linesman, a manufacturing plant facilities manager, a roofer amongst other things.

Al enjoys spending time at the beach in Delaware and being with his 17 grandchildren.
