AJ Champion Property Services has been involved in the rental business for over 15 years. Currently owning 6 rental properties – comprised of 15 units in the Lower Bucks area, one rental property in Gouldsboro PA and one in Southwest Florida.

Al Champion Jr has renovated each of the Bucks County properties. Taken some all way down to the studs. His experience includes work on plumbing, heating, HVAC and electrical systems in both residential and commercial applications. Many of the renovations were on properties that were originally built between 50 to 125 years ago.

Having that experience has brought him to a new phase – Home Inspection. Taking his hands on knowledge and using it to ensure that you the customer can be sure that the home purchase you are making is the right one.
